Unfortunately, we aren’t sure if we will be able to continue existing in our current format in the near future. Despite TimeWindow’s nine years of successfully functioning, supporting the development of several local talents and attracting a diverse audience to performing and visual arts, Rotterdam’s culture commission recently decided not to support our organisation with structural funding anymore. This decision puts a question mark on TimeWindow’s entire future.

Our co-founder, Jette Schneider, was interviewed by Dutch News and shared her concerns regarding  this whole situation: “I don’t think we’ve ever been faced with such big challenges”.
