Rent a Performance Studio
We offer a variety of performance studios available for rent — ideal for dance or (music) theatre rehearsals, solo work, workshops, studio showings, and more. Whether you’re looking for a bright space with daylight, a fully blacked-out room, mirrors, or a raw basement feel — we have a studio to match your needs.
A Self-Organised Creative Community
The studios are managed and inhabited by artists themselves. We work in a self-organised way, respecting each other and the shared facilities. Income from rentals goes to the main tenant of each studio, who contributes a percentage to a collective fund that supports the whole community. We also have a User Guide to help you navigate use of the space respectfully and efficiently.
Flexible Spaces for Creative Work
Our studios vary in size, style, and setup, and are used by artists for a wide range of purposes. Whether you’re preparing for a show, testing new ideas, or sharing your work with an audience, our spaces support your process.
In addition to your studio, you’ll have access to shared facilities, including:
* A fully equipped kitchen
* A spacious living room / indoor courtyard for breaks or informal meetings
* Clean and maintained toilets and showers
Space 3
is a fully equipped dance and theatre studio, featuring a sprung floor, wall-to-wall mirror, black curtains. Perfect for rehearsals, workshops, or performances – a space designed to move with you!
Special extra: the possibility of a pole. It can also be removed when not needed.
Space 10
is a fully equipped dance and theatre studio, featuring a sprung floor, black curtains, plenty of natural daylight. With its light and atmospheric setting, it’s perfect for rehearsals, workshops, and creative gatherings.
